I get onwellwith my parents most of the time and I think we have a good relationship. When I have a problem, they are the first people that I turn to for help. For example, if people at school pick onme, they will always be very sensitive and helpful. My parents also put up withme when I'm moody or lazy.Luckily,we don'tfall outvery often, but when we do, wemake upand forget about it quickly! I really look up tothem and respect them, but there's one thing that really annoys me. My mum always tells me offwhen I do something wrong, even for small things like leaving my shoes in the wrong place. The worst thing is that she tells meoff in forntof my friends. It's so embarrasing. What should I do?

The the healthy dish that we have chosen is
Preparation: It is a simple crunchy toast of whole grain, then you add avocado (rolled or pureed) more sea salt, red pepper. But this is only at the beginning because then you can add an egg cooked in slices and a good jet of oil, or you can also do this (avocado + feta + pomegranate toast to have that sweet spot that the avocado does not give you.
TASTY COMBINATION
ENJOY IT
